Rust-Oleum Concrete and Garage Clear Finish Topcoat is a ready-to-use, water-based acrylic coating that provides added durability when applied over bare concrete or one-part floor paints such as Rust-Oleum Concrete and Garage Floor Paint. This long-lasting, UV and weather-resistant formula protects from fading, peeling, abrasions, oil, grease, gas and hot tire pick-up. For use on indoor and outdoor surfaces. For best results, apply with 3/8" nap roller.
