No fat or oil needs to be added, as the moisture from the plank keeps your food juicy and flavorful with no nutrient loss. Planks are cut to 6 by 12 inch to fit into a standard-sized sink. Just soak for 20 minutes, then place fish, meat, poultry or vegetables on the plank and place on the preheated grill. Instructions included with cooking times. Reuse each plank two to three times.
