The Mr. Bar-B-Q BBQ Sheet is made from heavy-duty rust-resistant stainless steel. The sheet is designed to be used on top of a gas grill. It keeps food from directly touching the grills grid and sticking to it. The Mr. Bar-B-Q BBQ Sheet is dual-sided, allowing for simultaneous grilling and searing. One side is flat and is perfect for searing while the other side has grooves in it, making it perfect for steaks, chicken pieces, hamburger patties or weiners. When using the Mr. Bar-B-Q BBQ Sheet, you will find that there will be a reduced amount of flareups because little pieces of food are unable to fall through the cracks and onto the burners. Foods such as patties, prawns, fish fillets, vegetables and more that could normally fall through the grid will now be safe on top of this metal grill mat. This is small enough to fit on almost every gas grill while still being large enough to cook large pieces of food.
