Waterwell Contemporary Sage Green 16" Trough, self-watering planter made from, replenishable, bio-degradable all natural Bamboo Fibre with corn starch. The Waterwell self watering planter contains no plastic. The unique Waterwell will water and aerate plant roots. Suitable for use in hot or cold climates inside or outside. After the initial planting, water from the top until water spill from the base well hole, then periodically check water level in the base with a finger. Then water from the bottom or top. The wet soil draws water up from the well as needed using capillary action, just like a wick. No more over-watering, strong healthy plants is the result. Everyone gets a"green thumb", just by keeping water in the well.
